Return & Replacement Policy – Vedash Naturals

At Vedash Naturals, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. All our products are hygienic personal-care items and therefore we do not offer returns or refunds once the order is delivered.

Replacement Eligibility

We only provide replacement in the following case:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, broken, or defective during transit.

To request a replacement, customers must:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

  2. The video must start before opening the shipping package and clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • Shipping label

    • Opening process

    • Visible damage to the product

Without an unboxing video, the replacement request will not be accepted.

Replacement Request Window

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request Replacement

Please email us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Complete unboxing video proof

After verification, a replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days at no extra cost.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be provided for:

  • Used products

  • Skin reactions or personal dislike

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Missing unboxing video proof

Vedash Naturals reserves the right to refuse replacement if the claim appears invalid or incomplete.
