At Vedash Naturals, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. All our products are hygienic personal-care items and therefore we do not offer returns or refunds once the order is delivered.
Replacement Eligibility
We only provide replacement in the following case:

The product received is damaged, leaking, broken, or defective during transit.
To request a replacement, customers must:

Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must start before opening the shipping package and clearly show:

Opening process

Visible damage to the product

Without an unboxing video, the replacement request will not be accepted.

After verification, a replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days at no extra cost.
